Temperature and Humidity Test Chamber/Environment Simulation

Environmental tests are used to let manufacturers find potential defects to be corrected before the production stage.

  • There is a wide range of test space volume available; From 72 L (minimum), 150L,300L, 450L, 650L, 1000L, 1500L, up to 2000L;

  • The Test temperature range could be selectable according to your own requirements; Normally -40°C~ +150°C or -70°C~ +150°C

  • The humidity control function could also be available; The typical humidity control range would be 10%~98%;

  • The typical temperature change rate would be as follows:

    Heating up rate: 3,0 to 3,2 °C/ min

    Cooling down rate: 2,5 to 4,3°C/ min


Thermal Shock Chamber

Thermal Shock Test submits products to rapid temperature changes, these tests are necessary to determine thermal characteristic under the effect of two alternating extreme temperature.

Horizontal Thermal Shock Chamber for Big Size Test Sample

  • Test Volume could be 80L, 150L, 300L for vertical basket movement;

    Test Volume could be 500L, 1000L for horizontal basket movement;

  • Typical Thermal load of 80L is 5~10kg;

    Typical Thermal load of 150L is 7~15kg;

    Typical Thermal load of 300L is 12~25kg;

Walk in Climatic Chamber

Test Volume is customized according to the special requirments;

The chamber could be integrated with solar irradiation (infrared irradiation) function to simulate the sun shine (thermal) effect on the sample;

The chamber could be used for vehicle performance test such as motor cold start, emission analysis or infrared endurance;

Mono-block Walk in Climatic Chamber

  • Customized according to special requirments; Chamber volume from 3 m3 to 8 m3 can be integrated as a mono-block, no additional onsite assembly job needed; Volume bigged than 8 m3 shall be assembled onsite;

  • Typically -40°C~ +100°C; other special requirments could be negotiated;

  • Humidity control can be achieved, typically 15%~95% ; special requirments can be negotiated;

  • Solar irradiation; Vehicle cold start, Engine emission; Infrared irradiation etc can be integrated into the climatic chamber as per special requirements
