Solar Simulation Chamber/ Full Spectrum Irradiation

Apart from the temperature and humidity factors, solar simulation used metal halide lamp to simulate the real sun irradiation with spectral range 280nm ~3000nm;

• Irradiation intensity :500~1200 W/m2

• Irradiation uniformity

• Black standard temperature: temperature measured by black standard thermometer (BST) for surface-independent temperature measurement;

• Surface temperature: surface temperature of the test specimen measured by normal T type or K type thermocouples.

Standards: DIN75220; BMW PR306.4, PR306.5, IEC60068-2-5, ISO 4892, MIL-STD-810F, VDA230-219 etc;

Solar Irradiation Combined with Climatic Test

Compact/Mono-block Solar Chambers: This type is popular with components/small size sample testing &validation; Outside the chamber lamp arrangement will make it possible to enlarge the temperature and humidity range to conduct normal climatic tests without solar simulation and also lead to less failure of the solar lamps; Comply with Standards DIN75220 & MIL-STD-810F; Temperature & Humidity range as required by the relevant standards;

Walk-in Solar Chambers: Lamp arrangement: depending on standards; Comply with DIN75220, VDA230-219, PR306.5 or customer special requirements; Temperature & Humidity range as required by the relevant standards;
